Knee Pain Treatment in Amman
Walk, take the stairs and train again on a knee you trust.
Book on WhatsAppAbout the condition
Knee pain reaches everyone, from athletes to people living with osteoarthritis. The common causes are ligament and meniscus injuries, kneecap pain, and wear in the joint.
The knee rarely works alone. Hip and ankle strength and control matter just as much, which is why we look at the whole chain rather than the sore spot on its own.
How we treat it
- Assessment of the knee together with the hip and ankle that support it
- A progressive strengthening program for the thigh, hip and calf muscles
- Manual therapy and mobility work to restore normal movement
- Load and activity guidance so you stay active without flaring the pain
- A return-to-sport and return-to-stairs program
- Rehabilitation after ACL, cartilage or knee replacement surgery
What the sessions look like
We find out why the knee hurts, and what around it needs to get stronger.
With osteoarthritis, strengthening usually reduces pain and can delay the need for more invasive steps.
Athletes get a clear, criteria-based route back to the field.
Common questions
I have knee osteoarthritis. Can therapy actually help?
Yes. Strengthening the muscles around the knee takes load off the joint, eases pain, and makes walking and stairs easier for a great many patients.
Do I need surgery for a meniscus or ACL injury?
Not always. Many cases do well with structured rehabilitation. If surgery is needed, we prepare you beforehand and take you through the recovery afterwards.
