About the clinic

Why patients choose Back On Track

At Back On Track Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, we believe movement is the foundation of recovery.

We build treatment programs on the best current evidence to help you get out of pain, restore your movement, improve your quality of life, and return to your daily activities safely.

Every program starts with a thorough, careful assessment. From there we design an individual plan that fits your condition, your goals and the way you live. And we do not stop at easing the pain — we treat what is causing it so it does not come back.

A team of licensed physical therapists

Your therapist tracks your progress session by session and adjusts the plan as you improve. When a case calls for it, we bring in a multidisciplinary team.

What sets us apart

Small details patients notice on the first visit

These aren’t claims — they’re what our patients write in their Google reviews.

  1. Hygiene we don’t compromise on

Beds and equipment are sterilized before and after every session, and the clinic is cleaned throughout the day.

  2. Tools dedicated to each patient

Single-use or patient-specific supplies, kept for you alone — because your safety comes first.

  3. A full assessment before any treatment

We examine carefully and identify the source of the pain, then build the plan around what we find rather than a ready-made protocol.

  4. Evidence-based treatment

We follow current clinical research and international rehabilitation guidelines (Evidence-Based Practice).

  5. Ongoing measurement of progress

We track your progress against clear markers, so at every stage you know what you have gained and what is left.

  6. A home program that protects the result

You leave each session with clear exercises to continue at home, so the results hold long after treatment ends.

Every case takes its own path. These are the programs patients come to us for most.

Treatment for spinal pain on the therapy table
01

Spine and back pain

Neck and low back pain, disc herniation, sciatica, muscle spasm and spinal osteoarthritis. We start by pinpointing where the pain comes from, then combine manual therapy with the exercises that support your spine and keep the pain from returning.

02

Post-surgical rehabilitation

We guide you after ACL and cartilage surgery, knee or hip replacement, shoulder and spinal operations, and fractures. We follow your surgeon’s protocol and progress you stage by stage until your movement and strength are back safely.

03

Sports injuries

Ligament, muscle and tendon injuries. We settle the pain first, then rebuild strength and movement control — and we don’t return you to the field until you meet clear criteria that protect you from re-injury.

How a session works

We start with an assessment, not guesswork

Before we treat anything, we understand your case. The first assessment includes:

  • Medical history
  • Pain assessment
  • Joint range of motion
  • Muscle strength testing
  • Gait analysis
  • Balance assessment
  • Postural assessment
  • Special clinical tests
  • Neurological screening when needed
  • Setting clear treatment goals
  • Manual therapy
  • Therapeutic exercise
  • Dry needling where suitable
  • Balance exercises
  • Home program and patient education

From the assessment findings we design your program, then review it with you regularly and adjust as you progress.

Patient reviews

A full five stars — in their words

“An injury I had carried for years. I went from place to place with no result. Here they found the cause in the first session, I stuck to the plan, and today I move normally again.”
Google review
“The cleanest physiotherapy clinic I have walked into. Sterilization here isn’t just talk, and every patient has their own tools.”
Google review
“After the fracture I was afraid I would never walk the same. The plan and the weekly follow-up brought me back stronger than before.”

FAQ

Questions we’re asked often

When should I see a physical therapist?

If you have pain, stiffness or weakness, dizziness or balance problems, a sports injury, difficulty walking, or restricted movement that is affecting your day — there’s no reason to wait any longer.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

In many cases you can book an assessment with us directly. If we think you need a medical review or imaging, we will point you to the right next step.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition, how severe the injury is, your goals and how quickly you respond. Your therapist will go through the plan and the expected number of sessions after the first assessment.

Will you give me exercises for home?

Yes, and every patient gets their own home program. What you do between sessions is what locks in the result and keeps it long term.

Is physical therapy painful?

Some techniques can be temporarily uncomfortable, but we always work within what you can tolerate and adjust the intensity to your comfort and your rehabilitation goals.
