Back Pain Treatment in Amman
We treat what is causing your back pain, not just the pain itself.
Book on WhatsAppAbout the condition
Back pain is one of the most common reasons patients come to us. It can come from muscular strain, poor posture, a lumbar disc problem, sacroiliac joint irritation, or years of long sitting and lifting badly.
Most back pain is mechanical, which means it responds well to the right movement, targeted strengthening and hands-on treatment — often with no need for injections or surgery. What matters is identifying exactly which structure is driving it.
How we treat it
- A detailed assessment of your spine, posture, movement and muscle strength to find the true source of the pain
- Manual therapy to release stiffness and restore normal joint movement
- A progressive strengthening program for the core and hips, matched to your level
- Practical guidance on posture, lifting, sleeping positions and your workstation
- Dry needling for stubborn muscular pain where it suits the case
- A home program so the progress continues between sessions
What the sessions look like
Your first visit is a full assessment. We listen to your history, examine how you move, and explain what we find in plain language.
You leave that first session with a clear plan and usually your first exercises.
Most patients notice a meaningful change within a few weeks. Longstanding cases take longer but follow the same structured path.
Common questions
Do I need an MRI or a referral before I start?
Usually not. We can assess you directly, and if the findings suggest you need imaging or a doctor’s review, we will tell you and point you in the right direction.
Should I stop all activity until it settles?
Rarely. Complete rest often makes back pain worse. We tell you what to modify and what is safe to keep doing while you recover.
